Client Onboarding

This page explains what happens after you select a Karras Training option and what needs to be completed before an in-person session.

1. Complete the client questionnaire

After purchasing, provide your fitness goals, training experience, general schedule, nutrition goals, and any injuries or limitations that could affect exercise selection.

2. Review and complete required documents

Before your first in-person session, you may be asked to complete:

  • A health and exercise-readiness screening
  • Informed consent and assumption-of-risk documentation
  • Emergency contact information
  • A personal-training agreement
  • Any waiver or facility form required by Elite Fitness & Recovery

These documents are separate from the website purchase questionnaire. Final liability and informed-consent language should be reviewed by an Alabama attorney before use.

3. Wait for personal follow-up

Gavin will review your questionnaire and contact you to confirm program details, request any necessary clarification, or arrange your session. Training is scheduled by appointment.

4. Prepare for your first session

Wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive training shoes. Bring water and arrive a few minutes early. Your first session may include a conversation about goals and exercise history, a review of limitations, technique coaching, and exercises appropriate for your current level.

Privacy and health information

Do not send detailed diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive health information through the general inquiry form, ordinary email, or text message. If additional information or medical clearance is needed, Gavin will explain the appropriate way to provide it.
