Training Policies

These policies help keep scheduling clear and ensure every client receives the time and preparation reserved for them.

Scheduling and availability

Training is available by appointment. After purchasing, complete the client questionnaire and Gavin will contact you to arrange the next step. All in-person sessions take place exclusively at Elite Fitness & Recovery, 1065 US-31, Bay Minette, Alabama.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Emergencies will be considered individually.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time and ready to train. A late arrival may shorten the session so the next scheduled client is not affected. The session will still end at its originally scheduled time.

Monthly coaching packages

Sessions included with monthly coaching are intended to be used during the purchased package month. Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless an exception is approved in advance.

Purchases and refunds

Training-plan purchases are normally final once program preparation has begun or a session has been scheduled. Exceptional refund requests will be reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed.

Health and safety

Clients must disclose relevant injuries, limitations, symptoms, and medical guidance before training. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate. Karras Training does not diagnose medical conditions or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Trainer cancellations

If Karras Training needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled and will not be forfeited.

These policies may be updated as the business grows. Any material change affecting an existing purchase will be communicated directly.
